A business development mentoring session.

I have been working with a company at that very interesting stage of considering a large scale expansion. The challenges at this time are manifold but a session where the client can unload their concerns in a non threatening environment often ensures increasing clarity. The lack of a judgmental and authoritarian critical approach is particularly important.This has produced an honest appraisal of the doubts and fears inherent at this early stage. My role is that of a  mirror reflecting and simplifying the issues with a constructive approach to identifying strategies to achieve real progress. It does seem to work. I am pleased that  my experiences are valued and supported by evidence of their effectiveness.
